Before Pickup: Full refund to wallet immediately. After Pickup: Subject to Courier Partner policies. Charges may apply. Refund within 5-7 business days.
Forward charge non-refundable (delivery attempted). RTO charges deducted per applicable rates. Insurance claims filed separately.
Lost: up to declared value or ₹5,000. Damaged: based on extent and courier assessment. File within 7 days. Processed 15-30 business days.
Additional charges auto-deducted. Dispute within 7 days with photo evidence. Approved disputes refunded to wallet.
Raise support ticket. We follow up with Courier Partner. No COD applicable for delivery failures.
