By using the Ship With Satya platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Service Agreements. If registering for a business, you represent authority to bind that entity.
B2B courier aggregation: rate comparison, shipment booking, tracking, returns, COD across 10+ Courier Partners via unified dashboard and API.
Accurate, complete information required. You're responsible for credentials and all account activity. Notify us of unauthorized access. Fraudulent accounts may be terminated.
Available to registered businesses, sole proprietors, LLPs, and companies in India. Must be legally established and 18+ years of age.
Prepaid wallet model. Charges deducted at booking. Recharge via UPI, net banking, cards, NEFT/RTGS. Min ₹500. Non-transferable. GST applies. Refunds for cancelled/undelivered go to wallet.
Accurately declare weight, dimensions, contents. Proper packaging. No prohibited/illegal/hazardous items. Comply with all regulations. Weight discrepancies = additional charges.
Shipments handled by third-party Courier Partners under their own terms. Transportation contract is between you and the Courier Partner.
Max liability: declared value or ₹5,000 (whichever lower) unless insured. Not liable for force majeure, improper packaging, prohibited items, or consequential damages.
Raise within 7 days. Include shipment details, proof of value, photos for damage. Resolution 15-30 business days depending on Courier Partner.
Remitted 3-7 business days post-delivery. Early COD for eligible accounts. Not liable for customer unavailability/refusal.
All platform content belongs to Ship With Satya. Limited license for business shipping use only.
For violations, fraud, non-payment, prohibited items, false info. You may close anytime. Wallet refund within 15 business days.
15 days notice for changes. Continued use = acceptance.
Laws of India. Arbitration in New Delhi. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
