This Agreement is entered into between Ship With Satya ("Platform") and the registered business ("Client") as of the date of acceptance.
"Services" refers to courier aggregation, shipment booking, rate comparison, tracking, COD management, and related logistics services. "Courier Partners" includes Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Ekart, India Post, and others integrated on the Platform.
Ship With Satya enables the Client to: (a) Compare shipping rates across multiple Courier Partners; (b) Book domestic and international shipments; (c) Generate shipping labels and manifests; (d) Track shipments in real-time; (e) Manage COD collections and remittances; (f) Access analytics and reporting tools; (g) Manage NDR and return shipments.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate business details; ensure shipment contents comply with laws; not ship prohibited items; maintain sufficient wallet balance; provide accurate addresses; properly package shipments; adhere to weight declarations.
Rates are determined at booking time. The Client must maintain a prepaid wallet. Weight discrepancies result in additional charges. GST applies. Monthly invoices available on dashboard.
COD amounts remitted within 3-7 business days of delivery. Early COD available on select plans.
Maximum liability: declared value or ₹5,000 (whichever lower) unless insured. Claims within 7 days of delivery date.
No illegal substances, weapons, unregulated hazardous materials, currency (unless insured), or items prohibited by Indian law.
Client data handled per our Privacy Policy. Business data not sold to third parties.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Wallet balance refunded within 15 business days.
Governed by laws of India. Arbitration in New Delhi. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
